The location was amazing. the staff was helpful. They assisted me with directions and recommendations. i found the room very clean and well kept.

helpful staff friendly checkin unclean bathroom sticky carpet

I found the staff very friendly and helpful during checkin. i have stayed here a few times and i booked another time in the near future. I really like this detail.

The carpet on the floors felt super terrible. it felt almost sticky like, so i never took off my socks. i also got the same sort of unclean feeling in the bathroom. That really made me feel disappointed

mixed feelings about this stay.

noisy air conditioning poor sound insulation

I found some issues . the air conditioning made a lot of noise, so sleep was difficult. also, i could clearly hear sounds from other rooms. The walls offered poor sound insulation. i think improvements are necessary for a better experience.

The location is very convenient. There is easy access via transit, even from the airport. Many shopping and dining choices are nearby regardless of the time of arrival. I had a tasty breakfast at the café attached to the hotel (it included a discount of 10 percent).

The carpet on the floors felt very unpleasant to walk on. I kept my socks on all the time. The floor had an almost sticky sensation (it was kind of gross).

loud street terrible racket

the coffee machine did not work. it was not plugged in, so i had to take it out of the closet. it was loud, not just from the street, but also from drunk guests making a terrible racket in the hallways.
